# Refund Policy

> The final-sale policy for Agent Inbox subscriptions, usage charges, credits, beta access, and other paid services.

## No refunds

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise or Agent Inbox expressly agrees in a signed writing, every purchase and payment is final, non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. Agent Inbox does not provide refunds or credits for unused subscription time, unused capacity, prepaid usage, service changes, beta participation, account suspension, termination, cancellation after renewal, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction.

## Subscriptions and cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through the available account controls or written support channel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period unless the applicable order states otherwise. You remain responsible for all charges incurred before the effective cancellation date, and access may continue through the paid period without a prorated refund.

## Usage charges and credits

Metered usage is charged according to recorded consumption and is not reversible once incurred. Promotional, service, or prepaid credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire under their stated terms. Expired or unused credits are not refundable.

## Billing errors

Report a suspected billing error to support@agentinbox.si within 30 days of the charge. Agent Inbox may investigate and correct confirmed errors. A correction of an erroneous charge is not a discretionary refund and does not alter this Policy.

## Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, contact Agent Inbox so a suspected billing error can be investigated. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination, collection of amounts owed and associated costs, and preservation of relevant records.

## Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right that cannot lawfully be waived. Where such a right applies, it is limited to the minimum scope required by law.
